Good one! Yes, water is eco friendly other than it just uses a little water to make the ice. I found that it was slightly difficult to actually get to a website that I can
order these soapstone ice cubes from. I was able to find them and quickly order them at this site:
http://www.temperatureware.com/coolware.html - They offer soapstone ice cubes in 6-packs and 24-packs.
