I don’t know for a fact, but it looks like a very severe case of albinism to me.

It’s a genetic defect where melanin (what gives skin and hair it’s color) is not produced. There are variations where only patches of the skin are affected, but this looks like a case of complete albinism.

It’s sad because it means she will be very very sensitive to sunlight, will get sun-burn even in the shade, etc.
