So after kegging the beer on Sunday, I carbonated it last night using the “force carbonation” method that is commonly used. The beer is called the “Tongue Splitter” and is a hoppy IPA. When I took my first sip of the homebrew beer, I wasnt to sure about it but after a few more it actually wasn’t to bad. I think that this batch was a sucess even though I had my doubts early on regarding the fermentation.
